Rental Terms and Conditions
1. Driver Requirements
1.1 The driver must comply with the regulations regarding driver's licenses: A1 (minimum 18 years old), B, A.
1.2 If the customer does not possess a valid driver's license (according to the laws in the country where the vehicle will be used), it will not be possible to cancel or refund the booking amount. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their license complies with the regulations of the destination country.
1.3 The driver must hold a valid license to operate the rented vehicle.
2. Rental Duration
2.1 The vehicle must be returned on the agreed date and time. Any delay will incur additional charges.
3. Fuel
3.1 The vehicle is delivered with a full tank and must be returned in the same condition. Otherwise, the cost of the missing fuel will be charged.
3.2 The driver must refuel with the correct type of fuel. Failure to do so will result in liability for any damage caused by using the wrong fuel.
4. Vehicle Use
4.1 The vehicle may only be driven by the person named in the rental contract.
4.2 The vehicle may not be used for races, competitions, or on unpaved roads.
4.3 Driving in airports or ports is prohibited.
4.4 It is forbidden to take the vehicle off the island.
4.5 It is forbidden to board the vehicle onto any transport vessel.
5. Liability
5.1 The customer is responsible for any damage, theft, or accident occurring during the rental period.
5.2 Any damage must be reported immediately to the rental company.
5.3 The driver agrees to lock the vehicle when not in use, using the devices provided by the lessor.
5.4 The driver is strictly prohibited from transferring, leasing, mortgaging, seizing, selling, or offering the vehicle as collateral.
5.5 The driver must stop the vehicle as soon as possible if any dashboard warning lights turn on or signs of malfunction or external damage are noticed. In such cases, the lessor must be contacted immediately.
5.6 In the event of an accident or incident, the renter must correctly fill out the accident report form (provided with all documentation) and deliver a signed copy by all drivers involved to the rental office within a maximum of 24 hours, also notifying the company by phone if necessary.
5.7 The driver is not authorized to repair the vehicle without the lessor’s explicit authorization.
5.8 The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as it was received, including a full tank.
6. Fines and Violations
6.1 All fines and penalties incurred during the rental period are the sole responsibility of the customer.
7. Insurance
7.1 The vehicle is covered by:

Compulsory Third-Party Liability Insurance: covers damage caused to third parties.

Limited Voluntary Civil Liability: additional coverage beyond legal limits for third-party damage.

Legal Defense and Damage Claims: covers legal assistance and defense costs in case of disputes.

Personal Accident Insurance for the Driver: covers injuries sustained by the driver in case of an accident.

Extraordinary Risk Coverage – Persons: covers extraordinary risks such as terrorism or natural disasters affecting people.

Extraordinary Risk Coverage – Vehicle: covers extraordinary risks such as natural disasters affecting the vehicle.
8. Security Deposit
8.1 A security deposit is required to cover possible damage or theft.
9. Compliance with Traffic Laws
9.1 It is essential to comply with all local traffic laws and regulations.
10. Included Equipment
10.1 2 helmets, chain lock, and phone holder.
