Rental Terms and Conditions
1. Driver Requirements

The driver must hold a valid A1 or B license with at least 3 years of driving experience.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that their license is valid and recognized in the country where the vehicle will be used.
No refunds or cancellations will be accepted in case of an invalid license.
2. Rental Duration

The vehicle must be returned on the agreed date and time.
Late returns will result in additional charges.
3. Fuel Policy
-
The vehicle is delivered with a full tank and must be returned in the same condition.
Otherwise, the cost of missing fuel will be charged. -
The driver must use the correct type of fuel. Any damage due to incorrect refueling will be the driver’s responsibility.
4. Vehicle Use
-
Only the driver specified in the contract is authorized to use the vehicle.

It is prohibited to use the vehicle for races, competitions, or on unpaved roads.

Driving in airports and ports is strictly forbidden.
5. Liability
-
The customer is responsible for any damage, theft, or accident occurring during the rental period.

All damages must be reported to the rental company immediately.

The driver must lock the vehicle when not in use, using the security devices provided.

It is strictly forbidden to transfer, lease, mortgage, sell or use the vehicle as collateral.

In case of malfunction or warning lights, the driver must stop the vehicle and contact the rental company immediately.

In case of an accident:

The customer must complete the accident report form.

A signed copy must be delivered to the rental office within 24 hours.

The company must also be contacted by phone.

Repairs are not allowed without prior authorization.
6. Fines and Violations

The customer is responsible for all fines or violations during the rental period.
7. Insurance Coverage
The vehicle is covered by mandatory third-party liability insurance, including:

Compulsory Civil Liability – damages to third parties

Limited Voluntary Civil Liability – extended coverage beyond legal limits
-
Legal Defense and Damage Claims – legal assistance and coverage of legal fees
-
Driver Personal Accident – coverage in case of injury
-
Extraordinary Risks – Personal – coverage for terrorism or natural disasters
-
Extraordinary Risks – Vehicle – protection from vehicle damage caused by disasters
8. Security Deposit
-
A security deposit is required to cover any potential damage or theft.
9. Road Code Compliance
-
The customer must strictly follow all traffic regulations.

2 helmets
-
1 anti-theft chain
-
1 phone holder
