General Rental and Property Lease Conditions

1. Introduction

These General Conditions govern the relationship between ReadyToRent Moto Sociedad Civil NIF: J21697073 Con sede in Arona 38626 (hereinafter "Lessor") and the customer (hereinafter "Lessee") regarding the rental of scooters, motorcycles, and property leasing. Signing the contract implies full acceptance of these conditions.

SCOOTER AND MOTORCYCLE RENTAL

2. Rental Requirements

• Minimum age: 21 years for 125cc scooters with an A1 license or 3 years of experience with a B license.

• Valid ID document (passport or identity card).

• Valid driver's license for the rented vehicle category.

• Credit card in the Lessee's name for the security deposit.

3. Booking and Payment

• Booking can be made online or at the Lessor’s premises.

• Payment must be made before vehicle collection, via credit card, debit card, or cash.

• A security deposit is required and will be refunded at the end of the rental after vehicle inspection.

4. Vehicle Delivery and Return

• The vehicle is delivered with a full tank and must be returned with the same fuel level.

• The Lessee must return the vehicle in the same condition as received.

• Late return will incur an extra charge based on the daily rate.

5. Vehicle Use

• The vehicle can be driven only by the driver listed in the contract.

• The use of the vehicle on unpaved roads, for competitions, or illegal activities is prohibited.

• The Lessee is responsible for all fines, penalties, and infractions committed during the rental period.

6. Insurance and Liability

• The vehicle is covered by mandatory liability insurance.

• The Lessee is responsible for damage, theft, or loss of the vehicle up to the deductible amount.

• Additional insurance options are available upon request.

7. Assistance and Breakdowns

• In case of breakdown, the Lessee must immediately contact the Lessor.

• The Lessor will provide roadside assistance within the contract's limits.

• Repairs to the vehicle without the Lessor's authorization are not allowed.

8. Cancellation and Refund

• Reservations can be canceled up to 48 hours before pickup for a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 50% rental cost penalty.

• No refund is provided for early returns.

PROPERTY LEASE

9. General Requirements and Conditions

• The Lessee must provide a valid identification document.

• A signed lease agreement is required between the parties.

• A security deposit is mandatory and will be refunded at the end of the lease upon property inspection.

10. Duration and Payments

• The rental payment must be made by the agreed date in the contract.

• In case of late payment, daily penalties will apply.

• Utility costs (water, electricity, internet) are specified in the lease agreement.

11. Property Use

• The property can only be used for residential or tourist purposes, depending on the type of contract.

• Subletting is prohibited without written authorization from the Lessor.

• The Lessee is responsible for any damage caused to the property or furnishings during the stay.

12. Cancellation and Refund

• Cancellations before 30 days of arrival result in a full refund of the deposit.

• Cancellations between 30 and 15 days before arrival will incur a 50% deposit penalty.

• No refunds will be given for cancellations within two weeks of the contract start date.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

• The lease agreement is governed by Spanish rental laws (Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos, LAU).

• For any disputes, the competent court will be Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

14. Privacy and Data Processing

• Personal data will be processed in accordance with GDPR and applicable Spanish regulations.

• Lessee data will be retained for contract management and legal obligations.

15. Amendments to Terms
